Collection is booked in advance and you receive a confirmed collection window so you do not have to wait in all day.

How collection works. Book your collection online or by phone. Tell us your address, the number and approximate weight of your items, and your preferred collection date. We will confirm availability and send you a collection reference. Our driver arrives within the agreed window, checks and signs for your items, and your consignment is active from that moment.

Collection pricing is transparent. Collection charges are based on your location relative to our London hub. All collection charges are quoted upfront — no surprises on collection day.
